I accidentally scratched off part of my key code. Please assist

I believe that your only recourse as a result of this is to contact Best Buy/Geek Squad about this. YOu can either do this instore or via the options listed here.

?, you are entirely correct.  Best Buy / Geek Squad can assist in recovering the key code, just give them a call at 1800-GEEK-SQUAD
