I am getting a lot of spam with my own emai as sender so I can not block it

You need to change your email password and most times it's SpamBots sending out mass emails looking to come from you it's nothing from your system if WSA shows it's clear after a scan then that is whats happening and just make a stronger password for your email. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spambot
