I am having trouble with the install after purchasing

install asked if i want to download i accept then asked if i want to run install then error message appears saying the product has expired, and i just bought and paid for the product on web.

i just chose to renew from the message that said my subscription expired. then went through the link and downloaded the install and it keeps telling my subscription has expired.

So it's from Webroot just want to be sure it's not a Best Buy Subscription via Geek Squad? If it's Webroot maybe @ can help you or you can call Webroot or Submit a Support Ticket.
