I can not access control panel and Google. I wanted to delete Webroot as that is the only change that I have made to my Computer in weeks. I wanted to see if I switched browsers if that was the problem but I am unable to access google or my mac browser either.
With my last antvirus program I could never reach them when I had a problem. When I did they sent me a long list as to what I should do too correct the problem. I am 72 and am not a computer person. I just need simple ways to correct the problem.
I am locked out of my control panel. I cannot access skype??

In the circumstances, I would Open a Support Ticket, and let the Support Team deal with this for you. If yo are looking to remove WSA but cannot find the reference to WSA to allow you to uninstall it then I could pro vide details but if you are not technical it would be safer that you contact Support.
