I am trying to install a driver update from the Dell website and webroot is preventing it.

I had no issues downloading and extracting the files. Please Submit a Support Ticket if you continue to have issues.

Can you please post the link so we can check it out? I have no issues downloading updates from Dell and never had.

Maybe @ can look into it as I have no problem downloading but can't install on my system. Or you can Submit a Support Ticket and they will look after you!

Thanks.  I had to go into webroot and unblock it.  Must be in a setting that I did inadvertantly.  I'll continue to poke around or re-set everything to default.
