I am trying to install Webroot on a second machine & it tells me there is no license under my name

I am trying to install Webroot on a second machine and I have the code but when I try to download it says there is no license under my name.  I have it on my desktop and I am supposed to be able to put it on three machines if I want but I am not having any luck.  Can you help me?

    Welcome to the Community Forum,
     
    I'm not sure if I understand what you need but here is the setup to install on your computer, PC User Guide
     
    Please follow the steps closely!
     
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
    • KEEP the computer online for  the install to make sure it works correctly
    • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
    • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot
    If you still need help then you can submit a Support Ticket and they can look intoi this for you.
