I Blocked A Function In An Application, And It Isn't Showing In Quarantine... What Should I Do?

I little more information would be helpful in determining the next steps.
 
What activity was taking place that caused or gave you the opportunity to block the command?
How did you block it?  
What screen or dialog box was present when you blocked it?
What should it be doing now that it is not?
 
Any additional information that you can provide that may help someone here to assist you would be appreciated.
