Hello bassfisherman53,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

Please have a look here at this KB article

Currently, if you use the Password Management feature, support will need to assist you in this process to retain functionality beyond the expiration date of the original keycode.  Please contact support for assistance in associating your account to the proper keycode.

Hope this helps,

Kind Regards,

Baldrick

Hi bassfisherman53

Welcome to the Community Forums.

The message that you are getting is from the old expired keycode which still resides against your account.  As Sherry has mentioned you will need to get it cancelled so that it does not continue to bother you re. the expiry.

What I would add is that if your original keycode was also a Best Buy version one then you should contact The Geek Squad first  in terms of getting this sorted out, and then Webroot Support, if The Geek Squad cannot resolve it for you.

There is always some confusion as to who to go to but generally the rul is simple...if a Best Buy or Geek Squad purchase then they are you first post of call and they will had off to Webroot SUpport if they cannot deal with the issue, etc.

Regards, Baldrick
