I bought a year of security a few months ago for my laptop. Since then I have gotten a desktop.
I would like to apply the security which I purchased a few months ago on my Webroot accound to my new desktop computer. Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of my keycode which is preventing me from downloading the software onto my new device. I have ownership of the email used to register my account, and I have paid for security for up to 3 devices. Any help would be appreciated!

If you've already got Webroot installed on one PC just open the main interface of Webroot and click on the little cog wheel by 'My Account' on the lower right hand side of the window, you will then see your Keycode displayed, you can then make a note of this and enter into your new installation on your second Device. You can also find your Keycode in your Online Console if you've set one up.
