I bought webroot subscription, but my webroot subscription is still expired. What gives?

Does the page that the transfer is finished give a key code? I bought the renewal by going on the webroot page from the “renew now” on the status, but the subscription still says expired. Help? Is it not an instant renewal or what?

Okay it’s best to contact Webroot Sales directly and they will sort it out! There is nothing we can do on the Community as we Mods are Volunteers.

Did you get it from Webroot or Best Buy Geek Squad subscription? If from Webroot you can contact Webroot.
