done so. Now I have created new user ID and password, but Webroot won't let me enter the keycode because it thinks this is a duplicate.

If you are able to now remember what email address you would have used previously to create the account, you can use the links HERE to help recover that account. If you are not able to remember the email address you used, you will want to Submit a Trouble Ticket. Webroot Support should be able to take the key code and from it locate the Account you already made and help get you back in.
