I can't find how many days are left on our subscription, it doesn't show up under "My Account"

I'm trying to find out how many days are left on our subscription
Also if the subscription has expired would it still be scanning our computer?

Let's try something
 
  • Open Webroot.
  • Click the gear icon next to My Account.
  • You will get this screen and the areas that are blocked out should have the information you are after.
 


 
If this does not show the information you are after you can always check on your Webroot Secure Anywhere Console, which you can access from here and select the device you wish to know about.
 
It will show a screen much like this one with the fields containing your information.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
If I may just add to what Brad has posted...you should be able to see the number of remaining subscription days on the main app panel, just to the right of the 'Scan my Computer' button...so am surprised that you have not noticed the information.
 
Did you purchase WSA yourself from Webroot or Best Buy or did you get it as part of a deal via a Webroot partner? No biggie...just interested. ;)
