I can't find the cd, luckily webroot has it in my account, i want it to update but it's not.

we just moved and i can not find the cd, i saw that webroot had an error saying i needed to renew my subcription, which i did.  I am trying to update the webroot in my laptop and i'm having issues.  Also, i purchased to cover 3 devices, how do i w/o the cd be able to download webroot onto my other laptop? 
 
please advize.

    Welcome to the Webroot Community:
     
    You do not need the CD to install Webroot. Please follow the steps below;
     
     
    To install Webroot on your computers/devices, follow the instructions to install on;
     Windows PC here.
     
    For Mac here.
     
    Mobile here.
     
     
    Then you will need to setup your online console. (I'm guessing from your post that this has already been done)
     
    Directions for that are here.
     
    You can download the latest version of Webroot using the links in my signature below. Choose correct version (regular or Best Buy)
     
    If Webroot is already installed on your computer then simply open the SecureAnywhere interface (click Webroot icon in system tray) click on gear next to My Account and then enter newest keycode in box on right and click Activate.
