I can't webroot off my computer even after uninstalling it by control panel?

I went to the control opanel on my computer and removed Webroot. But their are remnents of the program that pop up and block my ability to play games on Facebook. The message is that "this site has malicious software that can damage you computer " I have to either click to cancel or allow. When I click cancel it shuts the browser down and opens up another one. I am tried of this happening and would like to completely removed Webroot off my computer. I have installed another program to handle any issues with viruses and malware. Help please!
