I cannot get my webroot subscription to activate

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
You should be able to activate you WSA subscription from within the WSA client on you machine as follows:
 

 
and frome there:
 

 
There is no requirement for the ebtry of the Security Code unless you are trying to log in to the web console to register and as I have described above there is no need to do that.

Is this your first subscription? If so, you should have a keycode which needs to be entered here: From the Webroot front page, click on the gear next to My Account.  If you still need help, please write back.
