i cant delete old computer from my webroot console

i had webroot on my computer with my win 8.1 and my webrot expired
then i installed win10 and bought new webroot and activated mywebroot
and cleaned my coputer
but console stiill says my computer is infected although webroot says its all clean
i dont know how to delete that computer from the console
 
the win 10 advice is
 

• Click on the PC Security tab and then click on the word Protected next to the computer name you wish to upgrade to Windows 10.
• Click on the Commands tab and select Deactivate and choose Confirm.

I dont know which one is the commands tab
because when i look at it the console i see the computers but i dont see any place to delete the computer from the console
