I continue to get the same pop ups telling me my computer is not safe! What should I do?
We are still getting pop ups telling us our computer is at risk and unsafe to use. These are the same ones we were getting when we contacted you for help. What should we do?

You have what we call a PUA so please see if you can remove it yourself: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/4074... and if in the end it's still there then please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you remove it.
