go into Secure Anywhere's advanced settings & see if "show a system tray icon" is still checked.

Hi katts

Welcome to the Community Forums.

In some case despite the option to show the notification tray icon being checked under Advanced Settings > Install Settings, it does not show or stops showing...so if it is not ticked then tick the option and Save the settings. But if it is ticked and the tray icon is not showing then try unticking the option, saving in the settings (press Save & then enter the CAPTCHA characters required) and then IMMEDIATELY afterwards tick the option and save again.

All being well the notification tray icon will reappear for you.

There have been a number of occurrence of this issue but to date no one has been able to isolate the case and so the above 'fix' is proposed. I hope that adequately explaines the issue and the reason for the suggestion above.
