it downloaded and now won't run
keeps asking for my credit card payment info over and over
all roads lead to pay again, but no frickin' service
nothing on customer service
and this piece of crap software pops up 3 times every hour
disgusted!
i am supposed to trust this to protect me
when it can't even download and run?
