Hello same80,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

May I ask what browser you are using? Have you tried a different browser? Would you restart your PC and see if the Webfilter green check marks are back? Sometimes that does happen and a restart fixes this.

Could you please give us some more information?

Otherwise you can submit a Trouble Ticket and ask Webroot Support to take a look? This is a free service with a Webroot subscription.

Hello same80,

Have you checked the browser add-ons/extenions and see if it is actually still there but merely disabled.  If it is there, just enable it, close the browser and restart it.

If you are using Chrome Browser here is the Webfilter HERE

Let me know if this helps or not.

Thanks!

Hi same80

Welcome to the Community Forums.

And if I may just add to what Sherry has posted...if the official extension does not work for you then we have a workaround as to how to get this which we would be happy to share with you if required. Just post back if the need arises.

Regards, Baldrick
