I get a lot of one line link emails in my junk box from people in my address book on hotmail

I get alot of emails supposedly from people on my hotmail address book with one line links on, i do share the hotmail email account with another computer and they automatically arrive in the junk box   but would that be a cause of virus at our end or hotmail, my virus checker on my computer is showing no problem on scan
