I got my email to try to activate my account it will ask me to put in characters and it says error

May I ask where you got WSA from and when? Have to tried to Copy & Paste the 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX when installing? http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C1_GetStarted/CH1a_Installing.htm Do you have WSA installed already? Any other info would be helpful.
