Hi PatricaBelle

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Not come across this before so...in this case I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket, and let the Support Team know. Theynwill probably want to see a copy of the letters...but I will let thrm decide what they need from you.

Regards, Baldrick

Have you recently made a purchase of Geek Squad Tech Support by chance?  If so, such a purchase does come with AV software, often Webroot.  They do send out occasional emails to Geek Squad Tech Support members that have not yet activated the Webroot subscription that was provided.

I forgot to mention something here.  When a Geek Squad Subscription key code is used for the first time, a reply is supposed to be send from whichever AV vendor is involved back to Geek Squad.  Sometimes this does not make it through correctly for some reason.  This results in that 'dunning email' about every two weeks reminding you to install your software, even though you already have.

This can be very simply either ignored, or call Geek Squad to let them know that you have indeed correctly activated the new key code and would like to stop receiving these emails.  It is quite simple for them to change the Installation Status from Not Installed to Installed in the Geek Squad records.
