I have 1400 posts in my in-box that shows an undeliverable email which I cannot remove.
I cannot remove 1400 emails sent to me and there are unknown entries in my contacts.

It looks like your email user was compromised. I would strongly suggest you run Webroot on your computer and make sure it's clean. Then change the password for the email user.

May I ask you who your email provider is or I'd contact them and let them know about this issue.
