I have a 2-year Webroot subscription in place. Will it work with W10 as is?
Will my current 2-year Webroot subscription immediately start working with Windows 10 that I've downloaded? Will I need to make any changes?

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
No you shouldn't have to make any changes. Webroot will continue to carry on your Webroot 2 year subscription. You can open Webroot and see the days of your subscription listed . Or open My Account in Webroot and see the days remaining.
Edit: Yes Webroot will continue to work with Windows 10.
If Webroot isn't showing the correct amount of days remaining you can Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.

If I may just clarify...have you/are you updating to Windows 10 via Windows Update or are you planning to do a clean install of Win 10? You say "...Windows 10 that I've downloaded"?
