I have a browser Modifier: Win32... Virus. I already talked to Webroot support with out any help.

I have a browser Modifier: Win32... Virus. I already talked to Webroot support with out any help. They advised be to buy a new Hard Drive. AOL found it, and Norton found it and asked if I want it removed. Why can't Webroot find it and remove it. I don't want to leave Webroot, so what should I do?

    Would you be able to give me the exact name of this browser Modifier Win32? Their are a few of these when I was researching.
     
    I would advise contacting the support team regarding this. I'm having a hard time believeing Webroot would not help you if you have an active Webroot licensed subscription because they will look into this free of charge to help you/

    Thanks ! I ran the scan again and it removed it, plus 5 others. Thanks again!
