Hello harry silivia,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

That's a good question but I'm pretty sure you will need to reinstall Webroot and if you want to follow these instructions below,

You may have to go into your Account Console and deactivate that other PC.

Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
  • KEEP the computer online install to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot
Please let us know if that resolves your issue?

Thanks,
 Regards,

Hi Harry

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If I may add to what Sherry has posted...I would recommed that regardless of whether it appears you needing to or not that you do so anyway...just to be completely sure that WSA is properly installed and so providing you with full protection.

As Sherry has als highlighted by her instructions...it is quick & easy to do so why not make absolutely sure that the WSA installation is correct.

Regards, Baldrick
