I have been using LASTPASS for several years. I want to use Webroot passwords.

If you are currently using another password-management application, you can import data from that application into the Webroot Password Manager.  Please follow below.

To import passwords by using the Webroot drop-down menu:

1. Open a web browser and sign in to your SecureAnywhere account. (Click the “Webroot icon” in your browser’s toolbar, then enter your Webroot user name and password.) [img]http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_signinbar.png[/img]  
2. Click the drop-down arrow next to Tools, then select Import From. [img]http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_pmimportfrommenu.png[/img] A list of applications appears in a submenu.  
3. In the submenu, select from the list of password-management applications.  
4. Follow the on-screen instructions for importing passwords from that application. (Since every password application is unique, the instructions for importing data from each one is also unique.)

To import passwords from the Passwords site:

1. Log in to my.webrootanywhere.com and click Passwords: [img]http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_passwordclickportal.png[/img]  
2. Under MyIdentity actions, click Import data. [img]http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_myidentityimport.png[/img]  
3. From the dialog, click the arrow next to the Import data from field and select a password management application. Click Continue. [img]http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_passwordimportfrom.png[/img]  
4. Follow the on-screen instructions for importing passwords from that application. (Since every password application is unique, the instructions for importing data from each one is also unique.

 

Hi serendipity
 
If I am add to what Sherry has advised...you need to be careful about which browser one uses when following the 'To import password by using Webroot drop-down menu' as in some of the common browsers there 'import from' options are limited.
 
One of the worst for this is Chrome; many users' favourite browser, which only appears to allow the user the option of importing from the Google Chrome Password Manager, and one must click on the innocuous 'Other' option to get a list of other potential sources to chose from...only to find that Last Pass is not among them.
 
Not sure why that is but perhaps because the Webroot Password Manager is a licensed version of LastPass.  So to transfer LastPass data from there to the Webroot Password Manager please see this KB Article which deals with this special case.
