I have been using webroot, and have a virus Cryptowall how should I clear this Virus off my Toshiba
I have a virus Cyptowall that has affected my Toshiba laptop and I am unable to view any files pics, etc what's the best way to get rid of this virus safely?

Sorry to hear that you have been afflicted with this nasty. IN the circumstances your best bet is, assuming that you are a WSA subcription holder, is to Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know and for them to see if there is something that they can do depending how WSA has handled the malware.
If WSA has detected it but not been able to determin if it is a good or bad file/app then it should have started journalling its actions and so it may be possible for Support to use those to roll back the action of the infector. But only they will be able to decide if that has happened/if that is possible.
