I was told to uninstall webroot however, it doesn't show in my program manager so I can't click on it. How can I get this program to show? When I right click on the program then click uninstall it takes me to program manager again where it is not listed. Does anyone know how to make webroot show in the program manager?

You can try uninstalling by manual command line. It may look or sound complicated, but it is actually pretty easy, just follow along with me here.
Click Start
Click All Apps
Click Windows System
Click Command Prompt
At the prompt, type or copy/paste the following exactly:
"C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe" –uninstall
Click your Enter key to submit the above command
When you are finished, just type "exit" and tap Enter at the command prompt to close the window.

In your case, you are ending up helping the entire Community. You see, we have Knowledge Base Articles, one of which is for the situation you had. I was going to provide you a link to it, and then realized that it has not been updated for Windows 10.
You have given me just a little extra work to do... getting an edit of the Article ready for Webroot to approve providing information for Windows 10. If you find yourself with the same issue in the future, I will have this KB Article updated with Windows 10 info thanks to your post :)
