I have lost the webroot permanent erase option, how do I get it back

After a recent Win 10 update the option to permantly erase a file or folder has dissapeared from my right click of the mouse. Do I uninstall webroot and then reinstall? HELP

I tried your suggestion and got nothing, WSA is no where to be found. not in control panel not in settings not listed in C: programs. I have no, nothing to uninstall and reinstall. If I put my Disc in all in does is to initiate the main page so i CANNOT EVEN INSTALL FROM MY DISC?  All options that should be availaare not there or do not work as they should.
