I have the trial webroot

I have the trial webroot and I got a message from webroot saying my trial period is almost over.
So I was trying to subscripe, but it would not download.  If I have the trial do I have to download.
 
I had my info in there and was to checkout but now I do not have it.  Did webroot get my information,
or will I have to do it over again? 
 
It did not download so I am thinking I already have it so why would I have to download again.

    Usually will will get a confirmation through your email within 24 hrs.

    Hello
    You just buy the version you want and enter the keycode and it will do a scan then you will be all set. The keycode determines the features that you paid for and turns them on.

    I don't see the purchase information under the email you used for the community.  I'd say go ahead and call in if you're not sure if the transaction went through or not.

    Well, I got my receipt from webroot and my keycode is where it is suppose to be so I guess It is downloaded and
    I should be all set.
     
    In fact I got 2 emails from webroot.

    Thank you!  I did get 2 emails from webroot and my keycode is in there where it is suppose to be, but I made the scan
    happen.
