I have to keep reactivating my subscription...

I have to keep reactivating my subscription.  I enter the code, it says successful and then it scans.  After it scans it goes red again and I have to reactivate...PLEASE HELP!!!

If your subscription is a Best Buy Subscription Services, you may want to call the Geek Squad at 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD
 
Make sure you are entering the key code correctly.  Very often we see issues with confusion between the number 0 and a capital O, a B and an 8, etc etc.
 
Also, make sure you have downloaded the correct installer.  Below in my signature area you can find the installer for the standers versions and a separate one for the Best Buy Subscription.  They DO usa a different install.  If you used the wrong installer, just uninstall, reboot, and then use the correct installer for your software.
