I have two windows up on my Macbook pro desktop that I cannot close. Any thoughts?
Yes ... I got Webroot precisely because of odd behaviors such as freezing (patience allowed unfreezing ...) and windows on my desktop (Macbook Pro) I cannot close - one is my Searching "This Mac" window which completed its search and now cannot be closed, and the other is a window showing downloads. I ran the virus scan and it showed up nothing. Any thoughts?

My advice would be to submit a support ticket which is free if charge and they can help you to see if you have any bad PUAs. The Support link is at the bottom of my signature or on the right hand side of the main website.
