I inserted the disk and it doesn't automatically let me install. What do I do?
Bought an updated version of my webroot. I inserted the disk and it didn't seem to recognize that it needed to 'run' or install. I entered the new keycode in the place that required it but don't know how to install the new disk
Hello there, welcome to the Community!
There is no longer any need to install new software when purchasing a new copy with Webroot. Webroot is now different: as soon as they have a new feature finished and ready, they release it to everyone, right away. No need to wait for a new 'box'.
When your old key code is expired or within a day of being expired:
Just open your current WSA
Click My Account
Enter the new key code in the space provided
Click Activate
If your old and new key codes are for WSA Antivirus (Single Device) , that is all you have to do!
