I just installed a new PC and want to install my Webroot software - it didn't carry over from the ol

I am unable to reinstall

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
 
You manually need to deactivate from your My Webroot Account, it will free up a license from your subscription.
 
Go here for instructions to Deactivate
 
Then go to this KB Article about transferring to new Computer. Here's the installer below.
 
Please follow the steps closely! This is for a PC not a Mac

 
  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode u like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot
 
If you reguire more assistance you can issue a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
