I just installed webroot and asked not delete a particular file

I just installed webroot and asked not delete a particular file during the initial virus false alarm detection.  I askedit to only monitor and gave full permision how so ever the file wants.
 
But after the PC restarted Webroot deleted that important. How to retrieve that file?

    Please look Here at the User Guide. You can restore the file from the Quarantine if it's a false positive.

    Welcome to the Community Forums.
     
    I am afraid that if WSA has deleted the file then that deletion will not be reversible...to quote the help text related to the Quarantine function..."Be aware that after erasing it, you can never restore the item".
     
    If what yo say has happened you need to Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team as they may be able to investigate in details the activities that WSA undertook and therefore understand how this untypical bahviour occurred.
