I just rec'd Webroot yesterday from Amazon and installed it at aprox. 4pm CST, its at 94% since then

I just rec'd Webroot yesterday from Amazon and installed it at approx. 4pm CST, its been at 94% since then.

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    This certainly is not right or normal but does happen at times. Can you stop the scanning and do a reboot? Otherwise i recommend a uninstall/clean reinstall of Weboot. Making sure you have your keycode and to do a reboot after the uninstall. Install Amazon Webroot again. Let it finish sacnning and then reboot again.
     
    Please let us know if that resolves your issue? If you conitnue to have issues then you can submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active Webroot subscription. And they can look into this for you.
