I just renewd my Webroot online, & paid with with Visa. My Webroot program still says it is expiring. Didn't it renew?
I have 3 PCs. What happens next? How do I know if I'm cocered if my Webroot box on my PC still says it's expiring?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
I was unable to locate any new purchases for you in our system. Are you doing your renewal through Best Buy?
If so, Best Buy applies renewals within 24 hours, so you may not see it update unttil somewhere in that time frame. It should take no more than 24 hours though.
If it is not, it is likely that you will just need to enter your new keycode and then you will be all set. You can do this by clicking the Gear Icon next to My Account, and entering your keycode in the field provided.
