i just renewed my software and it will not let me do anthing.

    Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum,
     
    Can I ask if you renewed your old keycode or did you renew with a new keycode? If you renewed with a new keycode did you add your keycode to Webroot as follows.
     
    For Windows PCs http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/windows_7_start_button.png.
    1. Open SecureAnywhere (see Using the SecureAnywhere interface).  
    2. Click the gear icon next to My Account.  
    3. Enter the new keycode in the box on the right.

    4. Click Activate.
     
    If you continue to have issues then please let us know.
