I just traded in my IPhone for a new LG phone. How do I remove the iphone from webroot anywhere?
I just traded my old IPhone for a new LG Vista. How do I remove the IPhone from my WebrootAnywhere account. Additionally, I downloaded and installed the LG to Webroot Free and need to remove it or transfer it to my WebrootAnwhere account.

Hello there, welcome to the Community!
For the iPhone, just uninstall the software from the phone, and then log into your Account Console. Check Mobile Devices to see if the iPhone is listed. If it is, just click on it, go to the Commands tab, and click Deactivate. iPhones often do NOT show up on the Console, so do NOT worry if it is not listed.
To get your new LG correctly added, make sure you are installing the correct version. As you posted this under WSA-Complete, I assume your license if for the 5 device WSA Complete. Make sure you download the Mobile Complete version from the Android store. (NOTE: there are multiple downloads for Android, many of them free, but only the Complete version will work correctly with a Complete license.) The Mobile Complete install will install the main WSA app, and also the SecureWeb app and the Backup&Sync app. You will not need to manually install anything else, just the Complete app.
If your license is for WSA-AV or WSA-Internet Security Plus, please let me know!
