I keep getting error stating to reinstall program.  api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-O.dll   iexplore.exe   can someone explain what this is and how to fix it?

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    This sounds like you missing some DLL files that Windows uses. EDITED This could be from any program that might have been deleted or corrupted.
     
    Can you use Windows System Restore and see if that corrects the issue?
     
    Or you could Submit a Support Ticket if you feel this is a threat, and Support will have a look free of charge with a Webroot Subscription.

    I just thought of something else that you could try and tha is do a SFC /scannow to fix system files.
