I keep getting message "t8ExtEx.dll" is missing. How do I fix this?

Can anyone tell what to do?  I'm afraid of unfamiliar websites that want to sell you software.  I keep losing connection to internet.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
I would add to what Sheery has advised by asking as to which version of Windows and more particulalrly which version of IE (Internet Explorer) you are using when you get the message.  From the reading I have been doing there seems to be a number of  reasons for this and therefore a number of possible solutions.
 
Here is another link to a Microsoft Support thread that purports to provide the answer.
