I keep getting pop up ads even with the ad block activated please help.

Can you give me some names of these pop ups that you are getting?
Because you could be getting some PUAs which cause havioc to your online browsing.
What browser are you using? It would help to clear your history and cookies and even reset your browser. If you let me know I can help you with this..
