I'm getting blue screens on my Win8 machine, every couple of hours

I used WhoCrashed to diagnose and it pointed at Webroot as the cause, but I know this information is very iffy.
So I have two questions:
(1) is anybody else seeing this, and
(2) what is the best way to shut off Webroot temporarily so I can see if the crashes stop?

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

To turn off WSA just right click on the Tray Icon by the clock and click Shut Down Protection! I personally never had any issues on my Win 8.1 Pro x64 system and WSA and I even Beta test new versions without issues but if it continues please Submit a Support Ticket to get further help diagnosing!

Thanks,

Daniel ;)

Thank you for the suggestion. I did shut it off (and enabled Windows Defender in its place, for now) and the blue screens stopped. I will open a support ticket. 🙂
