I'm having problems in both Word and Excel.
When I create a file in Word, I start out okay. Then suddenly I am unable to scroll from page to page. It just zips by. I typed a 7 page newsletter. By the time I got it printed out, the file was so messed up. Pages were ending differently than shown on the screen. Today I am creating statements in Excel. I create it and save it. Then I go to email to send it as an attachment. I then cannot find the file. I thought I found the file on one and it turned out to be an earlier dated statement. I ran WebRoot and nothing was found. Right before I took my pc into Best Buy Geek Squad, I was having similar problems. They removed about 27 viruses. That was about 10 months ago. I am very careful not to download anything if I'm not sure about it.
