I've purchased the new software, saved the file to my PC but can't get it to install. Please help....

    Can you tell me what software you are trying to install? Are you talking about Webroot Anti Virus?
     
    What errors are you getting? Can you explain further? Where did you purchase Webroot?

    Please confirm so that I!m sure to give you the Webroot instructions to install correctly.
