I'm trying to change console password. I've entered a strong pw which the system took yet it's asking me for the Second and Fourth character of my security code... The only codes I know of are my key code and the new password I just added. What other security code should I be aware of ?

When you create an account you are asked to create a security code. This is a code that is a minimum of 6 characters that you use as a secondary login method. If you have forgotten this code you will need to reach out to our support team for security reasons.
I would advise trying to remember it, or checking to see if you have written it down somewhere.
