My subsciption has not expired but when I try to scan it says it has expired
I m trying to scan my computer , it comes up expired subscription , but it hasn't yet

This does sometimes happen and what you can try is to reactivate you key code by doing the following:
and then
Give that a try and if that does not work, and you are sure that you subscription has not expired, we can try an uninstall/clean install of WSA.
