I managed to get a virus, i do not know how to restore from quarantine
I caught a virus and my webroot quarantined it, but i am getting a message when i start up, and my laptop freezes up on me, i do not know how to restore from quaratine to fix my laptop, any help would be Amazing!!! Thank you

If you have really got a virus quarantined then you may not want to restore it?
Anyway, to get to the Quarantine page you need to click on the Ger/Cog symbol to the right of the PC Security tab in the main app panel. On the next panel displayed click on the tab marked 'Quarantine' and that should reveal if you have anything residing in quarantine.
If you have then before you restore it you need to be very sure that it is safe to do. If in any doubt you should Open a Support Ticket and let the Support Team determine if it is safe to carry out the restore.
If you are sure that it is safe then all you have to do is to tick the quarantine item you wish to restore and then click on the 'Restore' button at the bottom of the panel.
But as I said before you need to be really sure that you are not restoring a virus or malware file that will harm your system.
